The main level provides a half bath, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and oven, plus a pantry for dry goods storage. The living area includes a dining table with seating for multiple guests, and a patio with a grill and small backyard.

Restaurants, stores, and entertainment are within a short drive, making the area highly rated for convenience.
Amenities
The house provides board games and puzzles, plus private bathrooms for each of the three bedrooms. Free WiFi and air conditioning are available throughout, and the garage is accessible for storing a golf cart. A washing machine and dryer are on-site, eliminating the need for off-site laundry during stays.
Convenience & Comfort

Additional amenities include a third bathroom on the main floor with a toilet and sink, and box fans provided for upper-level temperature control.
